How it works
From request to completed job
1. Request
Describe your job, add photos and your location. No account is needed — you get a reference number and a private tracking link.
2. Assessment
FiePadi reviews your request. Where the job needs it, we arrange a site visit so quotations are based on real measurements, not photos alone.
3. Quotations
Suitable artisans prepare written quotations in GH₵ showing labour, materials, transport, timelines, payment stages and what's excluded. Compare up to three.
4. Booking
Accept the quotation that suits you. The agreed scope and price are recorded. Any extra work needs a separate change request that you approve first.
5. Progress
Follow status updates and progress photos from your tracking page.
6. Completion
You confirm when the work is finished to your satisfaction. Only confirmed, completed bookings can leave a review.
