Do I need an account to request a job?
No. Submit a request and you'll receive a reference number and a private tracking link.
Can FiePadi give me a price from photos?
Photos help, but binding prices come only from written quotations — often after a site visit.
What if extra work is needed?
Additional work needs a separate change request, and the agreed price doesn't change until you approve it.
How do I pay?
Online payment by MoMo and card is being set up. Until it's live, FiePadi will confirm payment arrangements with you directly. We will never ask for your MoMo PIN.
How do artisans join?
Apply through “Join as an Artisan”. Every application is reviewed before a profile becomes public.
